Our Site Staff

To perform a good job in timely manner, we must have experienced project coordinators, site supervisors and skilled workers. Beside providing in-house training, we also send them to relevant courses for improvement and safety awareness. We are also mindful to be a responsible employer taking care of their welfare to cut down on turnover. Quite a number of our experienced site staff and workers have been with us for more than ten years.

Our Quality Assurance

Each building presents its unique design and problems that must be studied carefully before giving our proposal. When carry out the work our priority is always on surface preparation as that is the main cause of product failure if not done correctly or properly.

Our Credentials

We have over 30 years of experience in our building maintenance trade. We are BCA (Building Control Authority) registered contractor under CR09 L4 (Repair and Redecoration) and CR13 L3 (Waterproofing) and also registered under BizSAFE Level 3 having an excellent safety record. Also we are recognized by and worked with renowned paint manufacturers like Jotun, Nippon and SKK as their approved applicator.

Upon completion of projects, warranties will be issued to ensure durability and accountability for the warranted period.
